Shipping policy

All orders include free USPS Ground shipping. At this time, I only ship within the United States.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. Made to order (MTO) items can take up to 5 days for me to handcraft, while ready to ship items can go out sooner.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery after your order has shipped. I am not responsible for carrier delays.

If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS using your tracking number. While I am not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, I will do my best to assist you in resolving the issue. If USPS denies your claim, please contact me to discuss potential solutions.
