Refund policy
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I have an easy 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Simply fill out the form enclosed with your purchase and mail it back along with the item.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date. Any items postmarked after the 30-day window will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

You will receive an email after the item has been received and inspected to confirm the return has been accepted and the refund is being issued.

Refunds will be issued via the method you originally used. Funds typically process within 15 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Note: Certain items not eligible for return, such as gift cards, final sale, and discontinued items. These will be noted in the item's description. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
