Official Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility:
No purchase necessary to win. This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Winner must provide a valid shipping address within the United States.

2. Giveaway Period:
Winners will be selected on Friday, February 14, 2025 at 12:00pm PST. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must be subscribed to VANDA inspired / Vijara’s Sterling Circle email list or follow Vijara Jewelry on Instagram or Facebook.

4. Winner Selection and Notification:
A total of four winners will be randomly selected. Two winners from VANDA inspired / Vijara’s Sterling Circle email list will be chosen and notified via email. Two winners from Vijara Jewelry’s Instagram and Facebook follower's lists (one each) will be notified via direct message through the corresponding platform. The winner(s) must respond by March 1, 2025 to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within the given timeframe, they forfeit their prize.

5. Prizes:
Each winner will receive a randomly selected silver yoga pose charm necklace (value: $69). Shipping is included with the prize. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted.

6. General Conditions:
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of VANDA inspired / Vijara, which are final and binding. VANDA inspired / Vijara reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the rules.

7. Liability Release:
By entering, participants release and hold harmless VANDA inspired / Vijara and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

8. Publicity:
By accepting a prize, the winner grants permission to VANDA inspired / Vijara to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Sponsor:
This giveaway is sponsored by VANDA inspired / Vijara, located in Sacramento, CA 95823. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other third-party platform.
