Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility:
No purchase necessary to win. This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of selection. Winner must provide a valid shipping address within the United States.

2. Giveaway Period:
One winner will be selected on the last Friday of each month.

3. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must be subscribed to Vijara’s email list at the time winner is selected. (Sign up below)

4. Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners are randomly selected from Vijara’s email list and are notified via email within 24 hours. Winner must respond within 30 days of receiving email to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within the given timeframe, they forfeit their prize.

5. Prizes:
Prizes vary from month to month and are subject to change at any time. Shipping is included with the prize. Vijara does not collect payment from winners for any reason. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted.

6. General Conditions:
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Vijara, which are final and binding. Vijara reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the rules.

7. Liability Release:
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Vijara and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

8. Publicity:
By accepting a prize, the winner grants permission to Vijara to use their first name, likeness, any shared images, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
